Transportation of your package

The delivery time will be from 1 to 6 days (working days) depending on the destination and provided that it is available in stock, otherwise, TricotPlus will contact the customer to inform him of the approximate time it will take to make the delivery or of what way to proceed. Once the order leaves our warehouses, the user will receive an informative email in which the new status of the order will be communicated.

Shipping Spain.
Peninsula
Minimum order € 10.

Shipping to the peninsula is made by an Urgent Transport company, SEUR.
The delivery time will be 24/48 hours (working hours). If ordered before 2:00 p.m., the shipment usually arrives the next day.
In the peninsula the shipping costs are € 4.90 for orders under € 49, for adults it is free.

Balearic Islands and Andorra. Minimum order € 20.
Shipping costs are € 6.90 and it is sent by Seur. The delivery time will be 2 to 3 days (working days).
Economic shipping € 3 collected at the post office closest to your home. The delivery time will be 4 to 5 days (working days).
For orders over € 80 the shipping costs will be free.

Shipping Portugal (Continental). Minimum order € 10. It is not shipped to the Islands.
Shipping costs are € 6.90 and it is sent by Seur. The delivery time will be 24/48 hours (working hours).
For orders over € 100 the shipping costs will be free.

Shipping Germany. Minimum order € 25.
Orders less than € 80. The shipping costs are € 10.70 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).
The orders from € 80 to € 120. Shipping costs are € 8.90 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).
For orders over € 120. Shipping costs are € 3.90 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).

Shipments to Austria, Belgium, France (continental), Holland, Italy, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Minimum order € 25.
The orders from € 25 to € 80. The shipping costs are € 10.70 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).
The orders from € 80 to € 150. Shipping costs are € 8.90 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).
For orders over € 150. Shipping costs are € 3.90 and it is sent by DPD. The delivery time will be 3 to 4 days (working days).

WARRANTY:

All our articles have a guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Damages caused by improper use or handling of the products are not included in the warranty.

The balls of wool will all be of the same dyeing. Except in liquidation balls.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with accessories or gifts included where appropriate. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be returned according to the same payment method used by the client (in cash on delivery payments, the refund of the amount is made by bank transfer).

The return postage will be borne by the buyer.
In case of exchange, the buyer will have to pay the costs of the return and the new shipment.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that all the above conditions are met, TricotPlus will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and where appropriate, the shipment of the new one. product:

If you made the payment by credit card, the amount will be paid to the same credit card.

If you made the payment by transfer, we will ask you for an account number where to pay the amount.

To make the change for any other item, please contact the sales department to study this possibility. Changes or returns of material in liquidation or with more than 30% discount are not accepted. In liquidation material, every effort will be made that all skeins are of the same tint. If this is not possible, they will use the existing stock.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by TricotPlus.

If the original order were eligible for the free shipping discount for orders over € 30 or € 49, depending on the chosen delivery method, and due to a partial refund, lower these amounts, the amount of the shipping corresponding to the chosen method of the refund amount. Likewise, if there is a total return of a package under the free shipping discount, the amount of the shipping will be deducted from the return.
